Credit planning department

Dear All,

Anyone know what is this department? The responsibilities include credit portfolio management, stress testing, establishing credit related policies, and perform regulatory on credit. Do I need to understand Basel II? Anyone work in this role before can advice me? Is this a credit analyst job or a market risk job? What is the typical interview questions?
