Unregistered | What's the pay like for a fresh local grad going into SIA accounts? And do you mind sharing your interview experience, was it more casual or tough?

Unregistered | SIA is decent by local company standard. Usually ~6% increase per year. Add another ~15% if promotion. In terms of promotion first 3-4 levels quite easy, usually 2-3 years once. After that it will slow down to 5-6 years once, if any.

SIA do not pay fantastic salary/increment. The renowned brand does not equate to juicy pay cheque. Do manage your expectations. |
