the grass is always green on the other side! stable job, stable pay, it's a decent job. no matter how off-sourcing goes, backoffice functions is still critical in some areas. some things just needs to be done locally and that cannot be changed. stay if you see yourself in the same desk 30 years down the road. |

Backoffice in a bank Good day, would like to seek advice from the forummers here. With the trend in offshoring by banks, does it even make sense to remain in the back office anymore?I have been in ops for about 8 years and am contemplating a switch of careers/ industries. |
