Unregistered | You get 2‘’B‘’ n CEP raised, juz relax n wait for good news will do. No point worry about all these criteria or minimum years. They want give you, they will give. They don't want give you, all those minimum years, criteria, cep, aptitude etc etc will come in to say you are not yet ready. Some work whole life also not ready, very sad. It is not only affecting their motivation n team work but also their family, mentally n financially. so juz plan well when young, if not when old will get regret. |

Based on my experience, a promotion may be given after getting "B"s for 2-3 consecutive years. Other criteria would be your CEP, your current pay, your position/ranking within those who are in the grade. If I'm not mistaken, they also have to consider the available quota to promote officers to the next rank. |

Promotion in Civil Service. A bit of background about myself. I'm a Diploma holder and consider a Div II worker. Been in Civil Service for 3 yrs. For the first year I receive a 'C' due to my default year under probation. For 2nd and 3rd year running, I receive 2 'B's in a row. And recently I was being informed that my CEP is raised. Can I check when would I be promoted? Thanks in advance! |
