Then perhaps both pharmecist and lecturer isn't the right fit for you. Pharmecist career progression is usually that of a pharmecist, supervisor, manager and maybe department head. The interaction is mostly bland with evershifting patients and fellow hospital ops staff.

Lecturer seldom you get to just sit around do lecturing whole day, there is a whole lot of admin and research work that takes up most of your time. Probably if you just want to tcss with many people in your work, that's not the right place either.

Most work is repetitive & boring after some time anyway, what do you want? If you want to meet people challenging, high stress work, go find some hardcore 100% commission sales work.

At the end of the day your job is to work and make money to feed yourslef, don't harbour delusions that people will praise you for a good job done all the time. Workplace is mostly cynical office politics, hypocrisy & nasty customer stuff. Time to adjust your expectations. You are there to work, not take part in some hobbyist feel good session at a community centre.

Most business analyst and economic professor cannot even make economic forecast accurately beyond 6 months and you except a bunch of mostly unemployed, students or junior level PMEs in an anoynomous forum to predict demand patterns for 2 jobs in the next 10 years?
