Unregistered That's not a high end condo. That's just a generic condo that your property agent team is currently marketing.

Mikepropertytoday In Singapore foreigners are restricted in buying landed and bungalows. Condos are allowed but will not automatically grant you a residency visa.

Most foreigners would just buy properties here for investment. I think living here is subjective since the cost of residing here is quite expensive.
