You have to put that in your CV. Otherwise it looks very bad that you just resign for no reason and/or you were sacked due to poor performance.

In terms of future prospects, it won't hit directly. But it does send a poor signal about your experience because the impression is your company lacks process and professionalism and people might infer that you didn't learn much from such a company.

But it is still better than not explaining and give impression you were thrown out.
