min 100k salary

In Singapore, no position comes with a "min 100k salary". All salary here are max, and depends on what you are presently drawing. If you are currently on 4k pm, the budget of the employer automatically becomes 5k. If your salary is 6k pm, the budget is instantaneously adjusted to a salary of 8k pm.
Good luck.

Doubtful

I'm guessing that you have not been offered anything since you said "if" you are asked
about your salary during the interview.

In Singapore, HR does not pay you for what you're worth, but they pay you a % tied to your last drawn salary. Usually ard 15-20%.

Pls let me know whether I'm right or wrong in my assessment when you get the answer.

Thank you and good luck!

Jasmine
are you an FT

In Singapore, only a foreign talent can expect a jump of as much as 50%, which appears to be the case for you. Take it.

Expected salary in 5yrs compliance in bank

Would like some advice on the expected salary to ask for if asked during interview. In the phone call, HR revealed that they can offer min 100k for the position. Dont know if it includes bonus but still much higher than I expect. My current base is abt 70k, not worked in a bank before but have transferable skills. If I ask for lower than 100 would it be too dumb, but I dont want to be outbid by competition who have relevant bank experience. Many thanks for advice.
