Want to be property agent just say so. Don't need talk cock sing song until so long. As long as you have the looks and ability/balls to sell koyok and the talent to sell ice to an eskimo you'll do well. A career as a property analyst and real estate management on the other hand is obviously a different thing altogether. I'm talking about analysts working for consultancy firms like Colliers International and DTZ, CB Richard Ellis. |

Success in Real Estate Hi, I am interested to start a career in real estate. Any advice, though I should have started back in 2008 but I still think there is potential for growth if I want to do this in the long term. Anyone care to share about the details of the industry - 1) Commissions for rental, sales (for both private and HDB) 2) Heard there is some companies out there offering a base salary and min. commission, anyone knows 3) Good agencies & bad agencies to look out for 4) Other things to look out for etc Thanks! |
