Admin / Account Assistant Responsibilities: • Handle basic account duties on Account Payable and Account Receivable • Assist in preparing daily and monthly reports • Assist in preparing invoices, journals, receipts and payments • Data entries • Maintain filing system • Attend to phone/fax/e-mail enquiries and follow up • General administrative duties as assigned Requirements: • Candidates must possess at least GCE “O” Level • Basic knowledge in Accounting • Proficient in PC literate ( MS Office, Excel ) • Singaporeans and Singapore PRs preferred Others: • Full-time permanent position • Working days : 5 ½ days • Working hours : Monday to Friday : 8.30 am to 5 pm, Saturday : 8.30 am to 1 pm • Working location : West Area Interested candidates, please send us your detailed resume in MS word format, attached with your recent photograph, stating your current/last drawn & expected salary to [email protected] or call 6225 3373 for a discussion.
