HSBC bands are just for show and have nothing to do with titles, there are lots of fake VP/SVP in different bands. Anyway the bands are so wide they dun mean anything, e.g. 1 band can range 4k-13k.

Hi, would like to ask what's the global career banding in HSBC like? What's the equivalent for band 4/5/6 in terms of svp/vp/avp etc? And what's the entry level band for fresh uni grads?
