Bonus (exc sales) in pte sector usually only pay once a year. You are confusing with Civil Service that pays a mid year bonus every year. |

Job offer and salary terms Hi All, I would like some advice. I was recently offered a salary of 2.6k (fresh grad terms) and a variable bonus of 1.2mths yearly. no 13th month. is this the normal practice in most private companies? I know that most companies pay 13th mth n variable bonus at the mid n end of the year, depending on company performance. m I being short changed? is this kind of bonus terms acceptable? thank you |
