Is there any advice which you guys can provide so that I can improve my total net worth? Am I earning the right income at my age or it is way below the average?

Always good to start with a BTO and work from there.

Unregistered I feel that you are average at the moment. Definitely an average Singaporean.

Are you a male or a female? That would mean a lot on the salary. And also your degree, care to shed more light? Your industry too. $3.6k is litte to one in finance industry, but it's a high flyer in media industry.

I'd advice against buying flats now if you can avoid. Wait for the property cycle to go down then cash in. You'd have to wait a few years to get the flat anyway, why worry? Unless you are having some urgent issues, but please, share. Only then forumers can give you the advice and comments you seek.
