Unregistered Yes don't join these two companies. They never give salaries properly.

Few whose salary was below $4500 have gone to MOM and were able to get dues salary whereas for those who are withdrawing higher salary are suffering.

Despite of so many complaints registered MOM is approving EP for new joinee.

We all have decided to go for legal case. In future if you are looking for job please avoid joining below companies.

2. Cognetive ECM Pte Ltd

Speak with a lawyer?

Hello folks,
Saw this service that lets you speak with a lawyer. Seems cheap and fast. $49, maybe good idea check with one. I tried it for another legal issue and got a call in a day. I was worrying like mad but felt so much better after talking to lawyer.

Good luck bros.

retarded statement, give birth because having sex feels good? that just show the typical mindset of a lecher. Ppl can have all sort of reasons to start a family.

On the contrary, I think you have a problem understanding the role of a government or taxes. Ask yourself, what do you get first, your salary or pay income taxes? Obviously, you get your salary first, and you pay taxes on your income for public services rendered to enable you to earn that salary. These public services may or may not be visible to you.

It is certainly not that you are not entitled to the service, it is because there are people who needs it MORE than you. As you are relatively more well-off than others, you have more avenues to self-help because of your education, skills and financial capabilities.

This is the foundation of ALL modern progressive governments, not just Singapore.

And you are a PMET! You can afford legal service. Why must they fight for your case with their own money?

Even if you are a foreigner PMET, they won't fight your case either! Where do you get your second statement from? Yes they fight for construction worker against mean contractors, but are you a construction worker earning $25 a day?

They have protocol to follow. You can't be finding a barber for a hamburger takeaway. You can't be finding a banker and ask him for a happy meal. You have to find the right channel and yes, MOM is not the right channel.
