unethical job search This friend of mine works in a local bank (LB1) and draws 5000 pm. She went to another local bank (LB2), showed a fake salary slip of 5,500 pm and got an offer for 6000 pm. She showed this offer to LB1 and asked them to match it "or else". Soon she is paid 6,000 pm in LB1. Is this unethical or the standard way of seeking a raise? |
