| George | The rule in Singapore is very simple. Show you last salary slip and you will get 5% hike. HR will talk a lot of bull about benchmarking, standardization, etc, but eventually it is you last salary that matters. |

salary range in singapore I am Canadian Citizen and am considering working in Singapore. I am a mainframe systems programmer in DB2/CICS/IMS with 28 years of experience. What is the realistic salary I should expect from an employer in Singapore. Also what is the cost of living in Singapore? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
