I was studied CAT during school time and have been working in accounting work for more than 6 years. Furthermore, I realised that my interest in not in accounting.

But I'm not too sure if this is wisable as I'm already 30 this year. Would it be too late for me?
Only if you believe you can be a better HR professional than thousands and thousands of people who also want to do HRM or are already in the industry. Meaning that, the lower the entry barrier, the more intense the competition. Just like a computer scientist considering whether to assemble computers and sell them in Sim Lim Square.
