poor and stupid Although not totally reliable, you can post questions on various electronics website such as stackoverflow, edaboard, etc etc...

Electronics sector is very broad, maybe you should spell out specially what you are looking for: hw, sw, fw? system design? ic design? power?

Circuits and Electronics Engineering Tutor

I am looking for someone with degree in electronics engineering & good writing skills. He or she not just able to give answers but can answer to questions with good reference links. The person I am looking for ideally from the scientific research background.
