I agree with this completely.

But at the same time, if it was me, I would do it.

Reason being is that I think Lazada has it's own set of problems that would be interesting to solve, it's not like you're going from DBS to some no name small company in SG, Lazada is quite big.

There's risks, you could get laid off etc but imo life is about taking risks, if we played it safe all the time, life would be fking boring.

monster97 They offer sign-on bonus for me.. The annual package has 20% increase (not including sign on bonus) from my current job. SGD85k is reasonable for a 4-5 years Senior BI Analyst?

Quit a stable bank to go to work for a company well known to hire & fire or retrench with shitty rettenchment compensation? You better make sure the pay is at least 2x your current one. Lol
