CSE is basically a tele support operator and $1.7-$1.8k is very decent already, I know of a lot of BPO SMEs pay below $1.5k. If you find the pay too low, either you are looking at the wrong job (over qualified) or your expectations are not realistic, so it will be useful to give us some basic info abt urself. |

If this is your first service related job then it will be lower end at 1.7k - 1.8k. Those with >3 years exp usually join as snr officer at ~2k, so you do your maths & estimate yourself. |

(EDIT) Working in M1 Hi, i've applied for a job in M1 call centre as a customer service officer there but apparently when i stated my salary expectation, they said it was too high. I don't know how high is high or vice versa but could anyone here advise me what is the average salary there or expected salary? How bout the packages and benefits?
