every 5 years 1 month paid sabbatical

Free soda/snacks/coffee
free cab home if work later than 8pm
any idea if the benefits differ across ministries? and how it compares to Stat boards? Do they differ across diff min and SB?

I am working in ministry:
18 days leave
6 days child care
4 days child sick (i've got 2 kids)
2 days parents care leave

Medical not so good. can only claim $10 each time up to max of $350. the remaining goes to your medisave.
pantry provide by own staff or dept fund if there's any $
$700 flexi (not that flexi actually, but can use for holidays)
$800 (i think!) for courses to upgrade urself related to job.
every 4 yrs will get $4000 (i think, cos i haven't reach)
