HR executive (female) (N/O levels)

We are looking for a HR executive (female preferred) with some experience in the secuity industry.

Applicant should be proficent with the following:
a) HR matters
b) Payroll of security guards and full time salaried workers
c) current MOM laws
d) SIRD rules and regulations
e) handling and meeting security guards
f) apply grants from WDA, SPRING, etc (preferred but not essential)
g) knows how to formulate or assist in SIRD grading (preferred but not essetial)

She should be meticulous, pleasant to work with and willing to be flexible in the working hours (sometimes work later, but come to office later following day).

The applicant should have at least 6 mths of working experience in the security industry, and preferably still in the industry at this moment, or at least 3 months before now.

Applicant is required to work with the business development and operation department in order to achieve good relationship.

Pay neg. Interview time is also possible to be at evening (after office hours).
