Hi, may I ask, 1. Is AD2 is a senior position? Like an informal team lead? 2. Are the junior DDs just team lead or real middle management? Because there is also different tiers of DD, so this is confusing for me. 3. Are all AD1s automatically promoted to AD2 after 3 years (like how the progression from associate to AD1 is kind of automatic?) Thanks! |
