This is an old & dirty HR trick quite commonly used by HR officers everywhere.... On the day of signing the appointment letter by the new recruit.. the HR officer will always see the new staff already halfway signing his signature on the letter.. then HR will suddenly recall some unfavorable clause in the contract(eg:resignation) or the missing perks and benefits.. The timing HR execute this is very precise.. just before the new staff can finish the last stroke of his signature.....
