It is 99year leasehold project with 408 units. It is in between 2 underground mrt station being the closest to Bukit Panjang MRT station and Bukit Panjang LRT station. The Bukit Panjang Plaza and Hillion Shopping Mall are also within walking distance. A mature estate with plenty of amenities in place. There are a few childcare centres located nearby making it a convenient place for couples who are planning to have children. CDL will also be launching Newport Residences.
