personnel management lor. Hiring is just one aspect. Still have training, remuneration issues to handle. Sometimes in drama depts might even have to mediate/intervene in dispute resolution. If you served ns its similar to your S1 department. |

what does corporate hr executives/professionals do? i saw on careers@gov about some hr job in a particular stat board. nids general deg but wif exp.though im a fresh grad, im oso q curious whats the job scope of a hr personnel and the typical daily life of one? is it very stressful and what personality traits does one nid to have to excel? |
