Newport Residences by CDL Newport Residences is a proposed mixed development developed by CDL.It consist of commercial offices, Service apartments and residential component. It is a 256 unit condominium with facilities. Its location on the former Fuji Xerox and also in between Prince Edward MRT station ( circle line ) and Tanjong Pagar Mrt station (East West line) brings much convenience should the residents here not be driving. The area is close to plenty of offices and food establishments. The Lau Pa Sat food center is one famous for its local delicacies such as satay and also the seafood stalls.
