Aiya why SVC and GDS fight like that. Both are funded by central/agencies and each plays different roles. GDS is on project/product delivery while SVC doing coordination, focus on Agency IT roadmap, governance etc. If both don’t collaborate and insist on own agenda, the project will fail.
