That means the top performer and bottom performer both get same 3 months bonus? Sounds odd.

Thanks for the reply, I'm actually interested to know how SIA Scholar compares against CS scholar. Would you be able to shed some light on this?

Bro, manager in SQ is branch head level in CS. Pay is defo lower for SQ
