have been getting 4% past few years, but this year some OT2 assoc only got 2%. Prudency maybe?? Regarding cap for assoc, I hit 7.2k before getting pushed to SA so... still got some runway I think? Lets hope next year huat T.T

if your pay is around 6.7-6.8k, ure at the max cap so pay increment is like 0.5%

if u are around 6.4k then pay inc around 3%
