seems like the previous grade post is wrong. seen a few 30s join as ips7a(lecturer) and ips8a(snr lecturer) i guess ips6a lecturers are those without experience? |

| Guest6182 | I just had an offer from a polythenic, as an exec, $3400 IPS5, 2 year contract. Anyone knows if this is a good offer ? Additionally, do they normally extend your contract? | |

Is anyone able to share what's the annual salary increment? The average or range in percentage. As well as the number of years to be promoted if C+ or B. Thank you |

All these contract position are not retaining the staff and only director levels are eligible to apply for estab. should this be raised to the ministry? How do you like to be put as contract staff and be first to be retrenched if economy is bad? |
