However, the real issue is with a C-, you are unlikely to be successful in open posting as most SLs & HQ would not want to take in ppl with C-.
will there be merit increment for C-?

Hope you see this. Everyone I know who did cross level... actually regretted. I think that itself is quite a warning for everyone who is considering cross level. And Iím talking about teachers from KP level to just a BT. itís too much of a culture shock for them.

Unregistered How often do you see people getting an A grade? How much is the PB and are there any difference in promotion after getting one?

Bonus is much lower. No promotion for at least the next 3 years.. If you are thinking of applying for PDL and etc. You won't get it cos minimumly needs at least a C to be eligible, this is not being about successful yet.

It really depends on your disposition. A Primary School teacher will need to be way more caring and patient. You need to spend more time to monitor their welfare and do duties such as recess duties and playground monitoring duties.

T&L is usually not an issue. In fact, preparation of lessons would be much easier. But it does not mean that you spend lesser hours in school. Because most of the time, hours are spent on phone calls to parents and marking their dayís work so as to return their books to them on the next day for T&L.

Most importantly, consider what you really like before you jump. Itís true that once you go to primary school, itís difficult to return to secondary school.
