Job offer, need advise I am offered a role as a facility manager (Soft FM) at a 5 star luxury hotel by a ex-colleague after barely 1 month since I started work as an assistant manager at a restructured hospital (service provider, vendor for support ops). My previous work experience include 3.8 years (Exec), support ops at another restructured hospital and 2.5 years (Exec), facility management at a country club. Question is should I divert my career path to hotel/facility mgt? *The remuneration offered by the hotel will either match my current package or be slightly higher. |
