Unregistered "In some private companies there is no quota". Rubbish lol. Tech companies are some of the most well known users of stack ranking for pips, promotions and performance ratings. Most of FAANG these days have band quotas, not to mention plenty of companies that copy them. You're the one that has zero experience and trying to pretend like you know about anything outside.
