Unregistered | I was headhunted for a managerial position in a listed mnc, during application declared everything without hiding anything ( mine is non registrable offence ) went thru interview and all successfully. After i sign my letter of offer and tendered resignation at my current company , last min say their compliance dept cannot approve hiring and need to withdraw offer.

Unregistered | That question in the form is super annoying I guess, especially for those who changed, but at least it helps you to filter away “bad” employers. Good luck dude.

From changi to db all sit before haha but those happened during my younger days so that helps in a way I guess. For the declaration in the form, I will put yes and ask them to give me a chance to explain in the interview at the part where it ask you to elaborate further. For those that no need to fill that stupid form, I will declare only the heaviest penal sentence to hiring manager after finishing all the previous rounds. So far for those that managed to reach background check never fail before. Have faith |
