Behave nerdy or act like nerdy? Cos if not it will make them look like a fool? I think most of the directors there are just parachuted from MHA back then. Just public servants with zero industry experience. And no working knowledge of what the industry standards are.

lol second this. I think there are bureaucracies in all govt agencies but my experience in HTX was quite horrid. I was expecting to be doing actual engineering, or real S&T work but most of my work just revolve around bureaucratic processes. Glad to have left the place
