for those ultra sensitive SBs/Ministries confirmed need to screen sibeh gaolat surely will have to be screen by MSD, ISD, CRO side (off hand the few i can think of) the other SB/Ministries' HR side? not sure how many years worth of records / info the respective HR/HC side have on hand in case the organisation / SB merge? or the original POC no longer with the organisation (either uplorry or transfer or retire) |

Unregistered | the hr will upfront tell you the offer is dependant on your clearance....it is part of their process to tell you that you are selected, but you need to be cleared first before any formalities to offer you.

fresh grad one should be competitive. but dont compare to tech companies of course. but mid-career cfm very average. many will take pay cut if want to join. but yes, every 3-4 years will revise salary. 2015 got once. 2019 I think got 6-10%. 2022 got one more, but joke. I think only 2% or so. i personally feel the dept reviewing salary dont have the accurate feel of outside salary. mindef used to be quite competitive but recent years have been very below outside. |

Unregistered | Hello. Anyone has any clue what 'under review' means for the application status? It comes after the 'need approval' status right? How long from 'under review' to outcome?
