in general is no but some do it for audit purpose. I think up to 5 years.

If your potential employer really want to see it, then showing cpf contribution is the best proof but of course, that proof will not be able to tell your job role but only your ex company name.

gurlInTech Why do you want to know though? I believe a company has to keep records minimally the number of years audit records required. A simple check IRAS requires companies to keep their audit records min 5 years. And this differs from countries to countries so I guess there is no one size fits all answer? I think you should ask your HR instead.
