Mayfair Gardens

Mayfair Gardens is within minutes' walk to King Albert Park MRT station (Downtown Line), and a few stations' ride to the city centre, Orchard shopping belt and Central Business District for work or leisure. Based on preliminary plans, King Albert Park station is slated to become an interchange with the future Cross Island Line. There are also many public bus services along Dunearn Road to connect to all parts of the island. Other new launches are Pasir Ris 8, The Florence Residences, Cuscaden Reserve , Sengkang Grand Residences , Urban Treasures, Infini At East Coast, The Antares condo, Leedon Green, and Meyer Mansion. Pasir Ris 8 price and Pasir Ris 8 floor plans will be available soon.

Mayfair Gardens is surrounded by several malls including Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, Beauty World Centre, Bukit Timah Plaza, KAP commercial shops, Sixth Ave Centre, etc. Residents can just take a 3-min stroll to Fair Price Finest supermarket, banks, cafes and eateries. There are also numerous childcare and enrichment centres in the vicinity.

Bukit Timah Nature Reserve makes for a great family destination. Spend a weekend morning leaving the hustle and bustle of the city behind, and bring the kids for a nature appreciation walk through the reserve and watch them explore and experience the wonders of nature. For something even more immersive, try the Nature Keeper Programme, where young ones get to learn about the protection and conservation of wildlife in the reserve.
