Currently, with our immediate expansion plans, we are open to the following positions. - Marketing Executive (Full-time) - Intern To assist the Director of Operations in the following areas and transition to leading a team. Jobscope Marketing - Creating awareness of our company and services via email, internet, and social networking sites. - Marketing & Advertising (Front-line, Internet & Newspapers) - Advertising our weekly event on internet, newspapers, and social networking sites. Coordinating of weekly event - Calling the participants for confirmation of attendance of the preview. - Coordinating with the venue manager to confirm the booking of the venue. - Signing-in/Registering the participants on the day of the preview - Following up with the participants after the event to sign them up for the monthly event. Coordinating & managing of monthly event - Calling the participants for confirmation of attendance of the event. - Coordinating with the venue manager to confirm the booking of the venue. - Coordinating with the event organizer for the logistics. - Signing-in/Registering the participants on the day of the event. - Following up with the participants after the event to sign them up for the membership. Expansion of database - Continuously developing new ways/venues to expand database. - Explore & expand new areas of untapped potential. Eg. LinkedIn or Meetup. - Explore new social networking sites and review potential for marketing and advertising. Requirements - Cares about environmental issues - Willingness to learn and try innovative business approach - Self-starter or have that entrepreneur edge - Highly self-motivated and result-oriented. Must possess that “never-say-die” / gung-ho attitude - High level of enthusiasm, full of passion about building new relationships in the field - Ability to be efficient and flexible in a dynamic environment - Ability to function effectively both independently and as a team-player - All-rounder. From being Meticulous, Organized, Detail-orientated, to being able to multi-task, and be Creative, be an Original thinker, be an Out-of-the-box thinker, Open to new ideas and concepts to achieving results - People’s person. Outgoing personality, Well like-able with lots of positive energy and disposition - Excellent communication skills on all levels, listening, understanding, spoken and written. ie. English and a 2nd language - Able to speak and do presentations effectively to all-levels and people from all walks of life, including retail investors, HNWI, higher management and corporate accounts, Fund management and Capital management firms etc - Experience in sales, canvassing, cold-calling and tele-marketing with proven track record Qualifications - People with relevant working experience may apply. - Diploma/Degree. Fresh grads are welcomed to apply.
