Not at all. $13k p.m. for 11 years of experience is disrespectful and severely underpaid. Some junior with 4-5 years experience already eclipse that pay level. Just reject it don't even need to tell them why with this level of disrespect

depends on how many levels of VP they have, i know that SVP salary is 20 - 25k
therefore you are perhaps on a lower tier VP, understand that AVP in SGX should also be around that salary range.

how's SGX bonuses, increment in recent year especially after COVID?
Anyone working in finance function there?
one thing i worry is maybe it's too niche, but if got good work life balance and good pay, why not.
