Just curious, what is the usual %increment for 1st year in CS? Understand that some ministries may give a bit more than others.

2nd lower = 3.5k
My friend 2nd upper, NS = 3.6k
Me FCH, NS = 3.7k

Is normal. Mom usually give contract. The ministry exceed headcount already so u prob get renewed multiple times till u get emplaced. Some dun get renewal at all.

U still get all the brnefits except some leaves diff think is exam leave or something n not eligible for promotion. Anyway avg farmers get 2 promotion in their life within service. Fresh grad 3 cos join as mx13
