I joined banking position to seek a career and from here i can't really see where to go.

I'd really want to make a difference in my life and i was thinking of working as a property agent or financial consultant however couldn't make up my mind. I have no monetary wealth, my only based wealth right now is my age and although i no longer have the youth i used to sustain but i still have to drive to burn the most out of my life.

My financial consultant manager told me that there is a basic accompanied with the job, however i knew from someone else that the basic is distributed as per quota meaning for first month you must hit 400 sales to release the basic and if u can't meet 2nd mth u gonna clear 400+ 1st mth's 400 to get the basic release.

I do not know, my mentality was to use my current job to pick up a loan to finance myself 6 mths to make the best out of it as i did not do sales job before and want to see whether i can make it.

I seriously need some advice as i really would like to make a difference in my life yet i am lost and confuse how should i do, after joining this company banking job just appeared as a normal job to me. I do not want to wait and stay in a retirement job when im only 26.
what kind of brokerage? nowadays brokerage firms r v competitive, they hire OLs to get old uncles' business. Stock market also v volatile recently and few dare to trade.

i think just try it out first and see how it goes. If its not ur cup of tea, just leave after a few mths.
