A Remarkable Launch In Greater One-North

Normanton Park is a highly anticipated launch in the city fringe district which is only about 15 minutes drive to Central Business District. Located along Ayer-Rajah Expressway (AYE), residents of this fine development can easily access all parts of Singapore as Ayer-Rajah Expressway connects to Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) and Central Expressway (CTE) within minutes from the development.
