frankly, this is my first time ever work with company that offer RSU which i don't even know what's RSU to start with. only do research recently. idiot me not sure if there's a way to know how many shares are issued by a company |

Sad You accepted RSUs without knowing what they are worth from latest fund raising? They can issue 100 million shares in the next 5 years and your 450 RSUs will be worth nothing |

It's still a private company , RSU vesting period in 5 yeras (which i hope it'll go public by then) so I'm not sure what's the valuation, is there a way to find out the estimated valuation? base is around $100k |

What is typical RSU and sign on? Hello folks, i got around S$10k as sign-on bonus for my current company and around 450 RSU stock. is this a standard amount and how does it compare with average tech/MNC company? reading other threads online, everyone seem to talk about 100k sign on bonus etc.. i'm confused. |
