Banking T&O Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has experience in banking T&O, and what the career prospects are? I'm a covid batch graduate currently working in an oil company. More than thankful to have a job in these times, of course, but I've always wanted to enter tech. I'm a local uni grad in both engineering and finance, so this is a natural direction for me. I've poked around online but it seems like the T&O function is sort of an underdog at banks (being more of a cost and all), and I'd likely have to take a pay cut if I move in the future. It's more from the perspective of long term career development and my interest that I'm asking this question. Additionally, will having experience in banking tech provide good exit opportunities to other industries, in the event that I decide to do so? Thank you! |
