The email with the bonus details will say something like must not have tendered resignation on or before XX June 2026. Then you +1 day to that date and that’s the earliest you can resign. Note that if you want to retain your increment you must resign after 1 July or something like that, can’t remember exact date but it’s a few days after.

It's ok relative to other newer P3s (6.2k ish).
But remember that it's 13 month and bonus folded in, so compare total comp when looking elsewhere.

Unregistered i am working in singtel for close to 6 years... currently earning around 6.7k base salary as p3.. is it ok? should i jump?
