Unregistered If HR sent me for health check but say cannot yet commit an offer, what does this imply? From a stat board.

Unregistered Hi. I would like to check if resigning before or after pre employment check is important as I was being offered the role and the HR told me to:

1. Sign contract with sub
2. Go for medical check
3. Immediately resign and dont wait for medical check (she say they need me to start immediately after 1 month notice & canít wait for de medical check)

I am paranoid about this as I usually resign after the medical result is out? Should I email her back when she sent me the contract in that they told me to resign before pre employment check to protect myself? Need some opinions here. Thank u!
