no increment during programme
20% increment 6 months after graduating from the programme
graduation bonus of 3 months (subject to staying 1 year after programme)

Unregistered anyone knows what is the annual salary increment range during the 2 year programme? And bonus?

In the past, the 1-year grad programme increment was between 15-20% and bonus was around 2mths?

Outdated systems and processes.

No welfare or recognition. Joined as a Young Banker back in 2014 and chose OCBC over StanChart because SCB wasn't doing very well (go google). Totally regret now.

Progression is slow compared to my peers who stayed in SCB earning 50% more base salary + higher bonuses, better welfare and better perks.

Wish I could turn back time. Fate is cruel sometimes. Think twice or thrice before making an important decision my fellow juniors.
