How difficult is it to change industry ? I believe the government is encouraging mid-career switch for matured older adults. However, I sent in several resumes to companies of a different industry yet noone even give me a chance for an interview despite there are some companies which do not require related work experience. Why is it so difficult to switch industry ? |
